Timmy's Pet Shop are local, Irish business based out of Dungarvan, County Waterford for over 10 years.Specialising in raw food for pets, they want to become futher recognised as a holistic pet shop, catering to pets of all shapes and sizes.They also want their E-commerce store to attain similar growth rates to their physical store. Since COVID, ecom growth has been lagging behind.

What We Did
We started by reviewing all data available - what demographics were typical of their customers, web traffic and social media followers? What content performed best on social? What products accounted for most revenue?We then set up Ad campaigns from scratch, testing multiple products, audiences and content to achieve high return on ad spend (ROAS) values.Data tracking was also implemented to measure how much traffic and revenue came from each marketing channel.
CLIENT RESULTS
- Ads reached over half a million people (612,791) that fit target demographic over 9 months.- Average ROAS of 6.14 (for every euro they spend, they make €6.14). In last 30 days, figure is as high as 7.91.- Cost of acquiring one customer was €17 - great result when considering the average Lifetime Value of a Customer.
